Month 4

Well, a month overdue but I'm back! I am just now finishing up my fourth month of Latisse and the results have been better than I could have ever imagined. I actually went from having NO lashes on my lower lid to have full, lush lower lashes and that's not to mention how long and thick BOTH the top and bottom lids lashes have become. I am no longer self-conscience about not wearing mascara! The amount of compliments and the amount of questions I have received about my lashes would astonish you. The stories people have told me after I said that I was using Latisse were astounding. The one that sticks out in my mind the most was a lady that asked me what type of false lashes I used. I was wearing mascara that day at the pharmacy and we were both standing in line. She had no hair upon her head and VERY sparse eyebrows and lashes. She had cancer. The chemo and radiation were ravaging her while at the same time healing her. She was emotionally traumatized by her physical appearance, though I found her strikingly beautiful and brave. She had ordered a wig but thought that false lashes were her only option until I told her about Latisse. She was so excited after I shared my experience and results she was going THAT VERY DAY to buy her first kit! I have yet to see her again but I wish her the best and hope she knows she is beautiful the way she is! Latisse she said, before our first and only meeting, would give her the confidence boost she so desperately needed.
I have to thank http://atlantadermatologyexperts.com/ and their amazing staff. I appreciate this opportunity more than they know.

3 months or A Realization!

Well, Monday the 24th, I go in for my three month follow up and pick up my last Latisse kit. Bittersweet for me! In the beginning I was one of those skeptical ones that read the magazine ads and watched the television commercials and thought, "ALLERGAN [the manufacturer] is going to make a killing off a bunch of women that are desperate to conform to social pressure! The FDA has approved yet another drug but what will the results really be other than millions of dollars lost." I've never said that out loud, until now. I can do that because I was proven 100% wrong! This medication helps women AND men that have lost lashes due to cancer treatments. This drug helps women AND men that suffer from alopecia and  hypotrichosis.
I know first hand that it makes your lashes grow longer, thicker and darker. I feel very fortunate that Atlanta Dermatology and Laser Surgery has given me the opportunity to try this remarkable medication. It can be and will be life changing for those that have to use it for medical purposes. I happen to be an insanely lucky person w/ my lashes getting tangled together. Just Thursday night I met a lady that was finishing up chemo and radiation. She had not a hair on her body. Not her head, her eyebrows or her eye lashes. She had recently heard about Latisse and was about to purchase her first kit. She literally told me, "I can't wait to feel feminine again and be able to bat my lashes."
So this blog is a thank you not only to Dr. Cooper's wonderful office and staff but to ALLERGAN. Thank you for making a product that will help so many patients get back there normalcy. Something the rest of "us" take for granted.
I am truly in awe of the results I have gotten in just 90 days! If you have any questions about Latisse or any of the products that Dr. Cooper's office provides, then check out there website.  http://www.atlantadermatologyexperts.com/

It was just brought to my attention that my recent posts have not been posted! SORRY EVERYONE!!! Next week put me being two months on Latisse. The results are absolutely amazing. My lashes are incredibly longer, they're thicker and stronger and darker. It is truly astonishing the changes that have lashes have undergone within the last month. I am thrilled! I actually have dark lashes that I can see on my lower lid without having to wear mascara. That was impossible before Latisse! What I wonder is what my lashes will look like in two more months with the results that I've already had. I can't begin to say all my thanks to Atlanta Dermatology and Laser Surgery. If you want long, thicker lashes then give them a call at 404-296-8000 or visit them on the web at http://www.atlantadermatologyexperts.com/.

Day 12/13

So when I use Latisse tonight it will be night 13.  I normally do not post back to back but I wanted to give you guys an update! My eyes are NOT hurting, stinging, itchy, broken out in a rash or developed the dark line the paperwork says is a VERY RARE side effect! My mom has not has ANY side effects (lucky thing) and she even has an auto-immune disease! I have to say though when I wake up my eyes are really dry. They feel like they need visine in them or something but I'm afraid the tears from it will wash away the med, LOL! It only last for an hour or so soon as I get up from bed in the morning and them everything is back to normal! So, will I keep using Latisse, OF COURSE!!!!
I'm just so excited for my end results! Thanks http://www.atlantadermatologyexperts.com/
